Default Recommend an external NAS, or external drive case with ethernet jack

I have my own small IT business and I'm looking for a NAS or a external case with ethernet jack that I can put the hard drive in myself.

Doesn't need to be anything special, an FTP server would be nice though, 250-500GB is large enough.

I would be using this for storage of Service Packs and temporary storage of customer files/documents like if I was reformatting a computer.

I looked on Newegg but nothing there really caught my eye.

If you only need a single drive the qnap ts-109 pro is a real nice enclosure.

If you need multiple drives in raid5 it is almost cheaper to build a linux box.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

One drive will be enough, data redundancy is not a buying factor here.

I'll look into that drive, thanks.

EDIT: I'm so glad you mentioned that NAS Hefemeister, I've been looking into security cameras anyways and it looks like that unit will allow me to do everything I want!

It is not cheap but it is the best.
