I have been using Real VNC to remotely connect to PCs at my place of work, no problem. However, when I connect from home via my VPN connection I can connect to the remote machine on my companies network but the server screen is just black. I have scoured the RealVNC web site for and answer but it seems to me they cannot answer it properly.
In short if i try from within the network - OK!
if i try from oustide ie via my VPN - black screen.
this is NOT a firewall issue as they suggeste because I CAN connect to all other resources
any ideas?:amazed:
