I don't know if you can do that with EzProxy, but I haven't use it to that extend. However you can use it to share internet, it can also work like NAT hiding your internal IP address. There's probably a way for you to connect to it remotely from another location and go through the router then through the proxy server to access the internet, that's how many proxy server work but some proxy software may not have that feature to host on the internet. But at the moment I don't know, maybe someone do.
