Problem with FireFox

Whenever I try to view things run by Apple Quicktime, I'm asked to install quicktime. I already have it installed, and when I install it through FF, nothing is changed. I can't view many things because of it. Any ideas?

it sounds like the pugin part is not working with ff. Does quicktime itself work? You might try uninstalling it and then re-installing it. Make sure you have admin privies when you do that.

yeah quicktime itself works, so how do i fix the plugin?
