Problem With Downloading

Ok i just got a new HP, and well iam trying to download some stuff but it wont work i click the download buttion but nothing happens, but on some other things it does work.

so what is wrong with my pc, i have scanned for vireses, i cant think of anything else

yeah but its not just that site its also some other ones

It's ok, you probably just happen to run into a string of sites that are down now.
