Port Forwarding (Unusual Problem)

The eye is the vnc server, ultraVNC.

I am getting a public IP. But some other weird thing happens, when I am behind a router and go to whatismyip.com and when im not behind a router, that number changes. Messed up eh?

I called up my ISP and almost ended up swearing at them. They told me that haveing a server of any sort is agaisnt the AUP and that they block ports and if I do manage to get one up they will d/c for breaking the AUP.

No wonder...I guess they are right, you have to abide by their term of service. Though I don't understand why you can't even host a remote connection, that's just kind of strict. It's not like you are hosting a web server or FTP server and uploading tremendous bandwidth or file sharing to hundreds of users.
