Port forwarding on nhl2k6

Hey, i was just wondering if there is any way to make my connection better for nhl2k6 on xbox live. I have a linksys wireless router that is connected to my xbox 360 via wi-fi. Is there any way that i could forward certain ports or something of that nature?

Im not sure about port forwarding for consoles.
