Port 7171 - Stealthed - Need Help.

Hello everyone at Tech Forums.
I am in a situation that I have not been
able to solve, until I found this forum.
Hopefully someone can help me.

I run a Open Server for a game called "Tibia".
And it requires port 7171 to be opened, and
I have a router. NETGEAR FR114P

I have already port fowarded 7171 with TCP/UDP
enabled, but It still does not work, and it shows
up "Stealthed" on scanners.

If anyone has any idea on how to solve this problem,
please post.

It will show up as stealthed as long as nothing is listening on the port

If you run the game server, a port will show up as open, as the server will respond.

In your theroy, an open port shows up in a scan. If you scan a DSL / Cable connection with no firewall, you only get the ports that have services / servers behind them.

If someone is finding a way into your network and assuming you are using the same connection for your web and game server, I guarntee you that the simple scan I did will show that people will go with other thing's.

do a scan, and hopefully It will
show up as Open.
