Ok this problem is non existant on another router on the same connection, or a different connection. Also this happens with multiple compupters, outlook express, outlook and thunderbird.
After trying to send an email in any of the three programs, my cisco 831 gives an error with SMTP on port 25. Everything is properly port fowarded and this works on other routers. It's also not an MTU issue.
