Password won't work

I don't understand what's wrong.

I reinstalled Windows and now I can't connect to my wireless router.

you need the hex code, use ethernet and find it in the router, your probaly entering a keyphrase right?

yeah, a keyphrase.

how do i find it in the router? it's a linksys router btw.

plug the router to the computer by a ethernet cable
make sure the internet works
start>run>cmd
type in "ipconfig"
write down the default gateway
type that in the brower
the rest i dont know but should be self-explanatory

I tried that but what does a hex code look like and where do you think I can find it in?

network connnections>wireless network properties>wireless networks>preferred networks>add network

But my network's already added there. I just get that error..

try to delete it and look for it again
also, try to check Enable IEEE 802.1x under the password section
