Over the past few days, some web pages haven't been displaying correctly. Images will be missing or switched around, the formatting and frames is messed up or non-existent. Refreshing a page a few times sometimes helps, sometimes hurts. The interesting thing is that I get the same problem in firefox (v 2.0) and IE (v 6). The problem consistently only shows up on a few sites, cnn.com and Youtube for example. I have a laptop on the same network that isn't affected at all.

Sometimes I end up with even weirder things, like the page source.
I am completely at a loss. Any ideas?
