packets sent but none received... what to check?

one of my wireless workstations is unable to load any web pages.

the wireless signal is excellent, and the balloon comes up to say I am connected. however, when i open firefox, no pages load.

the only obvious problem i can find is that i am sending packets but not receiving any.

what settings would affect this and what should i look for as the cause of the problem?

my other wireless machines are working okay, so i don't think it's the router or anything...

go into cmd

type
ipconfig/all

tell us what it says.

also make sure both router and computer are operating (sending and recieving ) at same frequency.

how do i make sure they're on the same frequency?

Well, you have to have a wireless ethernet card in the PC, so find the manual or what not for that and look it up same for router.


and in cmd.
