Outlook error: exchange server is not available.

I have an employee that anytime she logs in through our vpn(att global) from home. She gets this message when she tries to run outlook.

" exchange server is not available."

Anyone know whats wrong and how to fix it?

Sounds like she doesnt have the permissions setup right from home to access the exchange server.

To fix it have it get setup right. That is all we can say. Without knowing any of the details of your exchange server and how people connect to it there isnt much we can say.
