Well, apparently Unturned uses the ports 27015 through 27017 so I forwarded all three of those ports and it works now. Thanks for all your help, as usual

I was going to suggest this, and for Steam games you should also have port 7777/7778 open for online listing.

DMZ isn't necessarily bad, I did it for years with older routers that didn't actually port forward. All DMZ does is open literally every port in/out for TCP/UDP to your machine. This isn't a bad thing unless people actually want to attack you, then they have more ways into your machine. Problem being, with a port being forwarded without an assigned address it's open for anybody to come in anyways (unless the game is actively using the port which they can monitor if they really want in). More food for thought, TCP doesn't need to be sent through. These games are using UDP.
