Ok, having a problem with my internet speeds on my new pc

So the update is you KNOW it's avg causing the problems (because everything works fine without it).
You've already tried disabling every setting in avg, and it mostly started working, but still fails.

I don't know what else could be wrong except that you might have missed a setting, OR that you turned off a setting that needed to be on.
Hang on a little while, I'll experiment around with some stuff and post back.

Well, I can't be certain for punkbuster, but I got it to work when i was still on Norton. I've added them both to my windows firewall, and tried them with it off. Should I try it again with my router in DMZ? I don't think that is it as I've had pbsetup working before.
