Have you checked the Virgin Media website?

http://www.virginmedia.com/help/select_modem.php

There you can select your NTL cable modem, and download a driver for it.

Thank you Alvin! Found what I'm looking for.

I wonder if the php/javascript is preventing google from indexing those pages correctly? maybe if I was searching for ntl 250 I would have found it myself?
