Notebook adapter

I got a notebook adapter I take it out when im done using the internet or when im turning off my laptop. Is it ok to leave it in there or should i take it out when im turning off my lap top.

its fine to leave it in there. I would just take it out when your moving your laptop. Dont leave it in when the laptop gos into its bag, Ive herd bad stories
