Norton Ghost 15 Networking

Hello, I own Norton Ghost 15 software. I just installed it on my computer and our basement computer and planning on installing it on two other machines. When I go to Add Computer from the Home Page, I typed in the basement computer name which was downstairs but it couldnt connect to the Norton Ghost on that computer.. Bascially, I want to manage my home network backup's from my computer and it cant seem to connect to our basement computer. I was wondering if I had to install something additional for the networking part to work???

can you ping the computer in the basement? have you tried connecting via ip in ghost? have you re-configured any firewalls? including windows firewall?
