NOOB with little $$$$ PLS. HELP

I love to play online games like Wolfenstien and Joint ops. So, with that in mind, I need some help on getting a wireless router and card that will work with the demands of the online games.
Money is a big issue but ,I dont want to notice any differance in performance from what i get now with my Cox Cable.
This site Rocks.

Get a Linksys Wireless-G router with Speedbooster. You shouldn't have any problems, and if you do, you can always get signal boosters.

any router that is G with speedbooster should be fine, if you're 50 feet away, you'll get perfect strength
if that doesn't happen just like beedubaya sed, signal booster should do the trick
