My internet plan is "unlimited" 256k, but I get slowed after 10gb to 64k. A few hours ago i recieved a email that i am bieng slowed but my download speed is steady at 28KB/s. He, nice ISP

no, why would i bother to brag when i know that people have cable and 1500kbps, and 3000kbps, 256kbps is all that i can afford. Its just like bragging about your computer when you have a pentium 3 450mhz! All I was wondering why its happened, and why my ISP would email me telling me of the "shaping" and not shape me.
