Hey all,
I am setting up a new server (server 2003). I just wanted everyoneÂ’s input on the best way to go about it. The company has DSL and I was thinking of setting it up this way. I was going to have the dsl modem go into a sonicwall using it as the dhcp server. I was going to give the server (dns) a static ip of 192.168.0.101 (or something like that). I was planning on having the dhcp server give out addresses 192.168.0.102-106. They have 5 other computers to hook up. Does this sound like a legitimate setup or should I use dhcp on the server. Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Hefe
