Ok im just trying to make a list of everything im going to need to setup my network in a small office enviroment

Ethernet will already be ran to every area so that cost does not need to be included.

I have 4 laptops in 4 offices w/ monitors
4 Thin clients w/ monitors
18 APs
10 wireless RFID Scanners
1 office printer
1 Server (for sharing documents and running term serv, {using docuxplorer})

What is all the hardware im going to need to get this operational, minus everything listed above

I know this seems very vague but please ask questions... Ill respond quickly

Hardware firewall would be a good one to add to the list
Switch(es) - probably rackmount
Are you planning on having Active Directory setup for users, or are you just going to have them log into the local machine? What about email? ARe you going to run Exchange on in-house or have an external mail solution?

You'll probably want more than 1 server if you're planning on having those things (AD/Exchange/etc.) running. That or at least 1 or 2 powerful servers with VM's running in HyperV.

to start off im just going to have the thin clients log on to the local server and the laptops are just going to be connected via VPN...

Rack, switches, and firewall have been added to the list

I don't see anything wrong with its placement. You guys think Server / Virtualization would be a better fit?
