Hi There,

I was wondering if it is possible to setup a computer with a static IP address on a local area wired network to bypass the firewall on my router and only that static IP address on my network would not have a firewall preventing any incoming/outgoing packets.

I'm trying to setup a computer that will be hacked.

I'm very limited on knowledge for local area networks.

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

Depending on what router, you should be able to configure the router to bypass a firewall for a specific IP address. If you dont have that feature, turn off the firewall temporary on your router and also on the computer you want to hack.
