No, people host sites on cable all the time. Also, the TV and HighSpeed Internet are on totally different frequencies. Make sure that your network cards aren't set to turn off to save power. Goto Device Manager -> The Properties of the network adapter and the Power Management Tab.

Ok, you didn't get what I am experiencing now.

Everything is running smoothly while my server is OFF, no web hosting.

Once I turned on the web server and started hosting the website for a couple hours, all my computers would lost internet connection, why?

I had to had to unplug and replug-in the power cord of the EarthLink cable box in order to reconnect to the internet.
I have tried many times already. Is it somethng wrong with the cable modem line outside of my house?

I went to My Network Connection < Internet Connection and I found everything is fine while I do not have any internet access, why?
