Speaking of the Net Send command, people have been playing with that at my school (sending junk to the whole domain of hundreds of machines)...so the school removed access to the command prompt on the "student" accounts. I'm sure I could still get into it, but I'm not looking for trouble.
One problem with the command is that it tells those recieving the message (including if you are sending it the entire domain) can see the originating computer...and even the account.
