network printer cannot print

got this printer connected to network which coudnt print. everytime i send the test print, it shows from the status "deleting - printing - printed". i believed that it is not printing at all since our user said that no printout coming.

please help & advise.

you can try printing directly to the ip address. open the printer properties, click port, click add port, add tcpip port, enter the ip, and try again

GDI printers and MFC hate being on networks to begin with.
