I wanted to ask for help because we are having trouble with our network. Our network has worked flawlessly for months. We are on a network that has a DSL signal coming into a modem. A Cisco router is connected to the modem. I ran a hardwire CAT 5 cable from the modem to my own router which is a Verizon router. Everything worked fine for months until today.
Here are the problems we are experiencing:
My computer network icon in the bottom of the screen will often indicate we have been kicked of the internet [indicated by this message: “No internet access.â€
Our webpages will not load many times.
I am not sure what to do.
Can someone help us?
