The other day I was at work when the new system updates were giving problems I had to call tech support, the Technician was able to log onto my computer and take over so much as even controling my mouse as I just sat there and watched, What Im wondering here is how would I go about doing this to my computers at home? currently I have a Linksys wireless G broadband router and a pci notebook card, Will this be enough to do what I want? and what type of software is involed or where can I find any good tutorials? any help would be great
