While responding to another post, I realized something:
In Norton, computers added to the Trusted zone are allow to communicate via NetBIOS with your machine. But you add them by IP ADDRESS. So how does it work? Does Norton then attempt to resolve that IP to a MAC and then allows incomming requests on otherwise block protocols to go through if they originate from any such MACs?
