My girlfriend needs a router or modem or switch for university.
She only has access to one ethernet socket, where she needs to specify the connection and authentification details so that she can join her halls network.
So it needs an input from an Ethernet socket, where she can specify the connection details, and it needs to translate into at least 2 Ethernet sockets which she can plug into anything and automatically get a connection.
Ideally this device i have in my mind would cost less than £30. Any suggestion for a device i can give her for her birthday?
