Need Help Setting UP network

Hey guys,

Can someone please tell me where i can get a networking tutorial to make the following work on a setup that i currently have (pic provided)?

1) Have all the comps (os: xp) connected to the main server and all users will have a private directory on the server

2) How and what will i configure xp with so each time xp asks for a username and password and points to the server to that persons directory?

you want to create a domain with active directory deployed. You'll want to create home directories for each user in AD. You'll have to join all the clients to the domain.
