Ok my computer has both an ethernet card and a 1394 card which both can be used for the internet. My computer was running finewith the net but i reformated. now when i try to set up my network it wont read the ethernet it only allows me to use the 1394 port. i need the ethernet prt for the net and to be on my familys network.
To sum it up : I need to set up my network through my ethernet port but the computer acts like its not there. Yes i have installed drivers.
