Need help opening a port for a Foscam F18918W on a Verizon 7501 Router please

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to ask if anyone could help me open a port and set up port forwarding on my Verizon 7501 router.

To be honest with you, I know next to nothing about networking or setting up a security cam so I can monitor my house via the internet.

Here is what I have done so far:

Installed the antenna on the Foscam F18918W.
Set up the antenna via hard wire to the Verizon 7501 router.
Set up the Foscam F18918W to work as a wireless component via the Verizon 7501 router.
[these parts were totally easy].

So the cam works well. But, as for setting up the system to record when motion detection is triggered and for accessing the cam via an internet connection with the IP address and port number....I am totally lost guys...even after reading the instructions for the cam and the router numerous times.

Is there anyone here that can help me on this?

As verizon arnt in my country i cant boast inner knowledge of their port forwarding capabilities but i assume you've tried logging onto the router and trying to find the option, which should be fairly easy to find?
