My nets are going way slow

I have it hooked up through a linksys router, my comcast modem goes to mycomp and to my xbox 360

everything was going great for awhile except one night my internet cut out (about 2 weeks ago) and its been alot slower ever since ( the 360 and the computer)

Their is a pic of my network, is it set up correctly? How do I unshare that folder?

Im going to call comcast tomorrow but I doubt theyll be out before the end of the week

Also I do run windows defender avast and avg daily so I dont think viruses are the problem

Any help on how I can check whats wrong on my own before calling comcast?

Well first why are you running AVG and Avast. Pick one. Not good to run 2 AV's.

Go to speedtest.net and post your results.

It seems to come and go in spikes too like one seconded im getting a great Dl speed then the next its sunk through the floor

Like just a minute ago it took me a min to reload this page and my speedtest stopped responding for the upload

Try an ipconfig /renew, ipconfig /release.

wow the ipconfig release and renew seemed to workj, actually stayed in an xbox live game for a long time and ended hosted it, thx dude

Wow with those speeds i wouldnt be worried. Between 23 and 28mb/s. I am lucky to get 3mb/s...

Like I said sometime it was flying but their would be points where it would drop to a dead slow pace and sometimes cut out all together
