Multi Router Network:::Need Help

Could be that linksys is acting like a switch and the belkin router is the dhcp server that is assigning every host an ip address.

Found this link http://text.dslreports.com/faq/11233

Basicly making the second router an access point by subnetting and sharing a single network 192.168.2.0 but make sure to disable DHCP on router and computer.

I would do it like this, Belkin router will have the lan network of 192.168.2.0 subnetting to 255.255.255.248

192.168.2.1 will be the Lan address for Belkin
192.168.2.2 will be the Lan address for Linksys

192.168.2.9 through 192.168.2.15 can be use for computer connected to belkin.

192.168.2.17 through 192.168.2.23 can be use for computer connected to linksys.

So on the TCP/IP setting configured each host a static ip address
example for the xbox that is on linksys ip address is 192.168.2.18 or .19 whatever subnet mask is 255.255.255.248 default gateway is 192.168.2.2

On Belkin the same goes but the range of ip is .9 to .15 and same subnetmask but defaultgateway is 192.168.2.1

This is my last effort to get this done, ive taken screen shot of both routers info, if you guys can let me know what numbers go where, as much help as you've all given me, i think this would be the easiest way, and then I could stop bothering you all.

This is the setup with all dynamic IP's and the belkin router connected into the WAN port on the linksys router.

Thanks again,
-Nate
