MSN permission

Hello,
I am trying to get on my msn account, however it gives me an error, code 8000303. I looked it up don't worry, and i tried everything but formatting any ideas? Without formatting? It says i need a parents permission, however I think my profile says I am 21. Another odd thing is they let you make your own parent account.
Any ideas?

Could any one atleast give me the "contact msn" e mail address. they wont be decent enough to tell me that either.

With it being your age, it should have nothing to do with what's on your computer, but rather what's on the server. So I'd check about the other end (msn). I'm not sure exactly how, or what to do though.

Well.. this SAME thing happened to me... i could never get on that msn account again... it deleted all my emails one dya.. and the next day i could never sign back on...

can any one just give me the hotmail help e mail?
just go on your messenger, hit help and then at the bottom it should say contact msn

Try searching for a third party messenger like GAIM

None of the annoying MSN problems
