Mozilla Firefox Problem on Network

Who ever has the IP 192.168.128.201, look on that computer to see if their running a web\proxy server.

Check your OU setting if your on a domain, your policy might be configured for your computer to connect to a proxy server. If not using a domain, Windows XP Pro has a local policy (gpedit.msc)

Still not resolved at work, can anybody else shed some light on this so I can go and slap our IT team.
It has got worse, websites that i have accounts with and need to enter username/passwords don't seem to work.
