Mirror Monitor via Network

Hi,

At work me and my workmate sit opposite, with our computers facing away from eachother. We were wondering if there was some way that on occasion there was an option so that my screen would display what was on his screen while he was working on it, or vice versa? This wold make aspects of our jobs easier.

is this possible?

one of the VNC clients/servers would be an adequate solution.

such as realvnc, tightvnc or ultravnc.
