what is microsoft's implementation of zeroconf called?

i have got windows 2000 on my laptop, does it have wireless zero configuration. i can see wireless configuration in the services but not wireless zero configuration.

if laptops already have wireless zero configuration within the OS, then where do systems like Bonjour fit in?
