Usually mac address filtering is a switch operation. Now, your router has a built in switch (4 ports probably) so if firmware supports it you should be able to filter wired pc's. See if your router has a command line access. Usually there is more options from command line, but if your router's firmware doesn't support wired mac filtering then you're out of luck
