lucent win modem help please

hey, well after weeks and weeks of help from you nguys then purchasing my new system, i now need help. i purchased my original computer from compaq and my mobo and cpu burned out i purchased new ones from newegg along with a new ram and all that stuff. i would like to use my modem from my old computer on this new mobo(Nf7-sv2). i would be reinstalling windows xp home on my computer how and where would i find the driver for my modem?????

you can try driverguide.com its free and see if can find it there. also try going to the company who manufacturs lucent win modems. i used to be a ISP support tech and deal with lucents all the time but for the life of me cant remember the manufacturer of those modems. i dont think lucent manufacturs them. conexant maybe
