Default Looking for a new Access Point Black Friday Deal

Looking for a new Wireless Access Point / Router
Here our cable internet comes without wireless, just an RJ45 (ethernet) to plug into.
I am looking for the following:
Dual band capable 2.4GHz+5GHz (though I do not particularly need the latest and greatest, absolutely fastest) I am drawn to the models that have separate external antennae for 2.4 GHz and 5GHz but this is just a personal preference for some odd reason.

4xGbit Ethernet
USB 3.0, USB-C or Esata storage port

I am buying a 14x70 (~980 ft^2) home on half an acre in the Woods here in Maine, I should be moving in around Dec 7th but would like to take advantage of any specials / hot deals coming up. I would like strong enough wireless to easily cover my home if placed about 1/3 of the width in (1/3 one direction, 2/3 the other).

I am cheap, living on a student budget! -

Recommendations?

I'm currently leaning towards the
NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC2400 Dual-Band for $89 on Black Friday,

looking for any other suggestions, better deals etc! Thanks in advance.

Found this one by ASUS that I am strongly considering.

I don't personally condone consumer routers anymore, but for ease of use I'll go with one. I also don't like Nighthawk routers in the least, so I'd say the Asus. Personally I'd shell the extra 30ish and get the higher end model.
