Looking For Help On Settina a Server

Hi Guys, My name is Danny, I'm a technician here in Central America..
My Dream has always been that i want to learn how to setup a server..
now i found this forum and i want you guys to help me learn to do it..
so if anybody can tell me how to set it up, it would be great.

I haven't setup on before so please help me.

Well, that all depends on what kind of server you'd like to set up.

Web server? Gaming server(if so, which game?) VOIP server? Other?
