List of open ports / use existing open port?

Is it possible to get a list of all the currently open ports, and actually use one as the uTorrent listening port?

I currently don't have the user/pass to this router so I cannot manualy open the port set in uTorrent, so I would have to use an already open port if that is somehow possible.

Think this is possible with a firewall installed. If your using Windows Firewall you can open a port manually, but if you installed uTorrent it suppose to ask to unblock the port or automatically unblock it.

Also I think uTorrent reroutes if the port isn't open to an open port already. Are you having problems downloading? If no, then don't think you need to worry.

The problem is that ports are closed on my router, not windows firewall, and I cant access them at the moment.

Seems like all my ports are stealthy, and I can't seed/upload at all, which is kind of a "big" part of keeping the ratio good :/

Why do you not have access to the router?
