I'm using a linksys wireless-G broadband router with speedbooster and I have 2 computers hooked up to it. I get the internet on both of them, but no one is able to access my computer.

If I make a game and I am actually hosting it, no one outside of my internal network can join it. If I'm trying to do SSH, no one can join.

When I have people trying to ping my external IP address, the request times out.

I have been looking through this linksys config program but can't find out anything that is causing this.

Any ideas?

Well you have to do portforwarding in order for someone to connect to your computer behind a firewall router. Check the thread above.

"When I have people trying to ping my external IP address, the request times out."

Disable "Block WAN request" and disable or configured any firewall/security to allow the access.

Thanks, people are able to ping me now. I'll try to do SSH and I'll try to host a game soon to see if everything is fully working.
