"Limited or No connectivity error"

Hi Guyz,

At my office we are using ADSL connection and few weeks back I was working on my pc,browsing the internet and sudenly the connection got lost and when I try to connect to internet it gives me the error of "Limited or no connectivity".The network point seem to be working cause i've tested other pc on the same point and it was working fine.But when i connect the pc with an error it does'nt wanna connect.I even downloaded the service pack that help you with the connection problem and still no luck.

Your help will much appreciated,I really need it guyz!!!

That generally means that you are far away from the router. Is te computer you tested and worked closer to the router than the one with no connectivity?
 
It sounds like you are not getting an IP address from the router. Go into your network settings, and ensure you are set to obtain IP address automatically (if that is how your network is set up.)
 
also open your command prompt and type ipconfig \release then press enter then do ipconfig \renew
