I was moving my laptop with the screen open a few days ago, just so I could move to an area with a plug. Before I know it, I trip over something on the ground and I hear a crunch. It turns out my laptop's hinges snapped, leaving a monitor that won't stay open if not directly supported. I thought it was fine and all, and I kept going. Last night, however, when opening the lid, it cracked again and nearly the entire monitor came off, being held only by the wires it was attached to. Soon after, I tried to connect to the internet, and I found it didn't work, both wired and wireless. To make sure I didn't have a weak wireless signal or a faulty jack, I tried it with another laptop and they work fine. Now I'm worried that the monitor may have pulled something and damaged my overall connection. What can I do?

Thank you.
