Does the ISP assign the IP addresses via DHCP, or is there some type of username/password combo needed to authenticate?

Also, could it be that the ISP only allows the router's MAC address to connect and recieved an IP address?

tried running the command no change.ran my Panda Internet Suite nothing found. After doing this I decided to re-install the OS. After updating my drivers and setting my network back up there is no change.

ok try this, set your computer with a static ip. then enable DMZ in the router and enter your ip address.
