Keep getting no internet

Well about every 20 minutes im guessing i lose connection to the internet. It still sais im connected in the Local Area Connection in my tray. But whenever i open any internet things like IE, MSN, any games they dont work or it reacts as if I dont have connection the the internet which apparently I dont. The only way to fix this is to unplug my router then plug in back in... then it happens again later...

is your router configured to allow incoming ping? alot of isps will disconnect you after a while if your router/software firewall blocks pings

I have no idea what the even is, how do I check/know and change it

as for how do you check its somewhere in router configuration cant say more then that without knowin the model

Well i read that and looked around in router config and have no idea.. what else can cause this

bump.... even in CSS i keep getting connection interupted
