I dont know if its just me, and sorry for the *****ing, but WHY do ISPs have the worst freaking possible websites??

The comcast one is barely useable, and the verizon fios on is just downright terrible and not even workable. I would think that an ISP would have a top notch site.

The fios site, not only does the see if your location can get fios thing not even work most the time, 3-4th of the links fail. Then, the number on contact us isnt even in operation anymore. So i try to email them. The email box to put in your message is limited to 70 charecter. What can i say in 70 charects? IT DONT WORK? then the link to get to talk with a rep wont even let you click on it.

it turns out, after 2 hours, i dont even get fios in my area

I get 5 megs down and 1 meg up for $14.99 a month. It's pretty sick.

No my plan is a shared 10gig up/down

So i can use 10gig as up or down (but i think its really suppose to be 10gig down 2gig up)

Example: One month i used 3 gig up and about 15 down, got capped ofc

We're talking about speed, not bandwidth or the amount they give you.

Man thats a steal of a deal.....well at least compared to my 40$/month for 3 megs down and like 800k up. And thats not during prime time use either.
